"What a great tour for the money spent. It was well worth it. The Cenote was beautiful. However we wished that we could have spent more time there so we could have swam in the water. The Mayan village and restaurant were both great. We quite enjoyed the tacos and the deep fried taco chips. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. The tour itself was interesting. "I selected My Cancun Tours to pick my party and I up at the airport for transfer to our hotel rather than waiting for the bus transfer included in our packages. Their agent was waiting for us with a clearly marked placard with my name on it and we were whisked away in an air conditioned van in no time. The agent even asked the driver to stop at a nearby convenience store so that we could purchase cold drinks. The price was very reasonable the the service provided was as agreed. It was great to arrive at our hotel before the crowd and get our room without having to stop at all the other hotels along the way. "I had a great time at Xplor!!! The price was perfect and the activities wonderful. It was a bootcamp but... fun!!! The only issue I had was with the transportation. I never got a confirmation from the agency on the times to be picked up. Another guide from a similar group took me to the place but it couldve been nicer to know everything was already set. "This is the second time we used My Cancun Tours on our holiday. We booked our tours from Calgary Alberta Canada and did everything online. The tours were everything they said they were and the service was excellent. We were picked up on time at our resorts and everything went smoothly. We booked the Fat Cat catamaran and snorkel tour and the Xcaret tour which one day is definitely not enough to see everything. Previously we did the Coba tour which we booked for just the 3 of us in a van and it was very relaxed at our own pace which made it especially enjoyable. All the operators were very friendly and informative as to what to do and not to do while on our tours.
