"This is an excellent tour for those tight on time it is a bit of rush but everyone with Cancun Tours was excellent! For those who do not want to rush thru the Ruins you might want to consider the full day tour the only thing I would add to this trip would be maybe a hour more in Tulum as it is a hike to the Ruins and back no problem but that takes time. "Used mycancuntours.com to buy transportation and a plus ticket for Xcaret. We were picked up right on schedule and our tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful day in the park and the evening show was great. We also had wonderful authentic Mexican food at a restaurant they suggested. "We booked the day trip to Chitzen Itza and Cenote. It was an amazing trip and a real convenience to have the shuttle service to pick us up and drop us off. The tour was made extremely affordable partially because of the volume of people they book but also because they make a couple other stops on the way that end up being a bit of a way to get you to buy other items. All in all this was not a big deal to me. I have come to expect people wanting me to buy their items everywhere I go in Mexico. Dont go to this region and not see Chitzen Itza. "I found your company on the internet off of a Google search. I was a little nervous to do something over the internet but the customer service was great. I called the 1-800 # and they were willing and able to answer any questions I had. The driver was waiting outside the Cancun airport with my name on a clipboard. 5 minutes later we were in an a/c van. The driver even drove us to the local Walmart and waited while we shopped additional fee. 7 days later the driver was 5 minutes early which eased my tension to pick us up and take us to the airport. "The trip I took was with my two daughters age 17-19 and a friend. Our transportation to and from airport to Hotel Bellevue was excellent. Our stay at Bellevue Beach Paradise was excellent service excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. The tours we took - Chichen Itza Xplor Tour Captain Hook Adventure El Rey Ruins and visiting the Museum Maya de Cancun were all EXCELLENT!!! I was surprised that my daughters even enjoyed themselves at the Chichen Itza and found it interesting. We even met a Mayan women there. The travels to Chichen Itza by bus and seeing the way the people live - was an eye opener to my daughters. But yet still - the people ARE SO FRIENDLY!!!! The relaxing day at the beach and ocean were amazing....and HOT!!! Took in a couple days of shopping at the La Isla Mall Flamigo Mall Walmart and Market 28. "Transfer date: Aug 15 2012. Gran Bahia Principe Tulum Lobby. We had booked a white van and were upgraded to a beautiful Ford SUV which allowed the kids to sleep comfortably. The driver was professional courteous and patient. Our transfer was for 1 PM the driver showed up 45 minutes before and waited for us while we had our last lunch at the resort. Once at the airport he helped us with the uggage and made sure that no one had forgotten personal items in the SUV. He had very good knowledge of Canada because he had lived there in 2004. "What a great tour for the money spent. It was well worth it. The Cenote was beautiful. However we wished that we could have spent more time there so we could have swam in the water. "I booked our private transfer from the Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen online and not only did we save money with Cancuntours but the whole process also went really smoothly. When we arrived at the airport there was a Cancuntour representative waiting with a sign and our name on it. We were taken directly to a van that drove us promptly to our hotel. "I had a great time at Xplor!!! The price was perfect and the activities wonderful. It was a bootcamp but... fun!!! The only issue I had was with the transportation. I never got a confirmation from the agency on the times to be picked up. Another guide from a similar group took me to the place but it couldve been nicer to know everything was already set. "This is the second time we used My Cancun Tours on our holiday. We booked our tours from Calgary Alberta Canada and did everything online. The tours were everything they said they were and the service was excellent. We were picked up on time at our resorts and everything went smoothly. We booked the Fat Cat catamaran and snorkel tour and the Xcaret tour which one day is definitely not enough to see everything. Previously we did the Coba tour which we booked for just the 3 of us in a van and it was very relaxed at our own pace which made it especially enjoyable. All the operators were very friendly and informative as to what to do and not to do while on our tours.
