Additional Information / Recommendations:

• This tour runs from Monday to Saturday
• Pick-up times range between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm depending on the location of your hotel (or meeting point) *if your reservation is from Cancun hotel your will pay $10 Us as a complement.
• Please call our toll-free number to verify with our travel consultants if we can pick you up / drop you off at the hotel or if you'll need to go to a meeting point for the transportation service
• Your pick-up schedule is sent by email after booking
• The tour starts at 6:30 pm *
• There is a maximum capacity of 20 passengers per trajinera
• Tour recommended for children ages 5 and older
• Children ages 5 to 11 pay Children Fee (please confirm the amount with your travel consultant by dialing our toll-free number)
• Please keep in mind that the Xoximilco tour is in high demand and your reservation is subject to availability in the park. You will receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours of your purchase where we will give you the dates and times available.
