• Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete check-in and avoid delays

• Rio Secreto operates under any weather conditions
• Minimum age: 4 years old
• Maximum recommended weight: 120 kg / 250 lb
• Photographic and video cameras are not allowed inside the cave system
• Maximum depth of water: 2 meters
• Rio Secreto is not recommended for persons with severe physical or motor disabilities, heart problems, pregnant women or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Avoid use of chemicals before taking this trip (sunblock, repellent, excessive make-up, etc)

Suggestions:

• Wear comfortable beachwear, swimming shoes and a swimsuit
• Bring an extra set of clothes (just in case)
  
• You can't use any sunscreen lotion at Rio Secreto (you don't need it, since the tour is mostly underground)
  
• Bring some cash and a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list
