    • Pick-up times depend on the location of your hotel or meeting point
    • There are some hotels where the transportation service is not available from/to the hotel lobby and you have to go to a nearby meeting point 
    • Your pick-up schedule and more details on the transportation service are sent by email after completing the booking process
    • IMPORTANT: For hotels located in the Puerto Morelos area, the tour is only available from Monday to Saturday at 11:00 am; the pick-up would take place between 9:00 am to 9:35 am. The hotels included in such area are:

    • Photographic and video cameras are not allowed inside the cave system
    • Maximum depth of water: 2 meters
    • Rio Secreto is not recommended for persons with severe physical or motor disabilities, heart problems, pregnant women or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Avoid use of chemicals before taking this trip (sun, repellent, excessive make-up, etc)

    Suggestions:

    • Wear comfortable beachwear, swimming shoes and a swimsuit
    • Bring an extra set of clothes (just in case)
    • You can't use any sunscreen lotion at Rio Secreto (you don't need it, since the tour is mostly underground)
    • Bring some cash and a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list
