    • Pick-up times depend on the location of your hotel or meeting point
    • There are some hotels where the transportation service is not available from/to the hotel lobby and you have to go to a nearby meeting point

    • IMPORTANT: For hotels located in the Puerto Morelos area, the tour is only available from Monday to Saturday at 11:00 am; the pick-up would take place between 9:00 am to 9:35 am. The hotels included in such area are:

    • Rio Secreto operates under any weather conditions
    • Minimum age: 4 years old
    • Maximum recommended weight: 120 kg / 250 lb
    • Photographic and video cameras are not allowed inside the cave system
    • Maximum depth of water: 2 meters
    • Rio Secreto is not recommended for persons with severe physical or motor disabilities, heart problems, pregnant women or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Avoid use of chemicals before taking this trip (sun, repellent, excessive make-up, etc)

    Suggestions:

    • Wear comfortable beachwear, swimming shoes and a swimsuit
    • Bring an extra set of clothes (just in case)
    • You can't use any sunscreen lotion at Rio Secreto (you don't need it, since the tour is mostly underground)
