While walking around Tulum ruins you will enjoy an impressive view of the Caribbean Sea and of buildings such as the "Temple of the Descending God" or "El Castillo". During your visit, a certified tour guide will let you know the most important facts about Tulum Mexico and the awe-inspiring pre-hispanic civilization who built it.

After learning about the ancient Mayas we will go snorkeling in Xel Ha Mexico's natural inlet to discover incredible marine life.   • The minimum age for certain activities is 6 *
  • Kids up to 59 cm tall or under 4 years old enter free*
  • Children from 1.00 m to 1.40 m pay children fee*
  • Children taller than 1.40 m but under 12 years old must present a valid ID with photo to verify their age*

  • There are departures to Tulum - Xel Ha everyday
  • We visit Tulum first and then you have the rest of the day at Xel Ha
  • Pick-up times range between 7:00 am and 7:30 am depending on the location of your hotel
  • Your pick-up schedule is sent by email after booking
  • The tour starts at 8:00 am *
  • The point of departure is Plaza La Fiesta Cancun
  • If your hotel is not in the Hotel Zone but in downtown Cancun or other, a meeting point will be assigned for the pick-up which may be City Express Malecon Americas, Fiesta Inn Malecon Americas or Xcaret Base (across from Plaza Caracol, in the Hotel Zone) *

  • We visit Tulum first and then you have the rest of the day at Xel Ha

  • Your pick-up schedule is sent by email after booking

Suggestions:

  • It would be a good idea to carry some cash and a credit / debit card

  • Do not bring heavy backpacks

  • Wear comfortable clothes, shoes, and sunglasses

  • Wear a cap or a hat and a swimsuit

  • Bring a towel

  • Your sunscreen lotion must be free of chemicals to be used in Xel Ha. If your sunscreen lotion contains any of the following ingredients it shall not be used within the park: benzophenone, etilhexil, homosalate, octyl methoxycinnamate, octyl salicylate, octinoxate, oxybenzone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (sunscreen free of all these chemicals is sold at the park)

  • Bring a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list
