Additional Information / Recommendations:

• Children must be at least 7 to enter Xplor Fuego
  
• Children between 7 and 11 years old pay half price
• You must show an official ID at the park's ticket office (adults and children, too)
  
• Pick-up times depend on the location of your hotel (or meeting point)
• There are some hotels where the pick-up service is not available at the hotel lobby and you have to go to a meeting point. Please give us a call to confirm that we can pick you up at the hotel or to know if you will need to go to a meeting point for the pick-up
• Your pick-up schedule and more details are sent by email after booking
• IMPORTANT: In a "high season" period this tour is non-refundable. The tour cannot be rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the service or if you didn't show up on the agreed date and time (no-show).

• Wear comfortable beachwear, water shoes, and a swimming suit
• Bring a towel
  
• Your sunscreen and/or insect repellent should be 100% biodegradable for you to use it at the park. If it contains one of the following ingredients you will have to leave it at the ticket office: octocrylene, benzophenone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, hexyldecanol, dimethyl apramide, cetyl dimethicone, methylparaben, polyethylene,propylparaben, butylcarbamate (there's biodegradable sunblock and insect repellent for sale at the park)
  
• Bring some cash and a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment may require a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list
