• This tour only runs for travelers staying in hotels in Riviera Maya
• The use of a life jacket is mandatory during the interactive program with dolphins and while performing water activities
• For safety reasons, women pregnant with more than 5 months can not take part in any interactive program with dolphins
• Women pregnant with less than 5 months can participate in the interactive program with dolphins as long as they're accompanied by another paying adult and after signing a liability disclaimer format
• Kids must swim with a paying adult as a companion
• Basic swimming skills are necessary to take part in some of the activities of the tour
• This tour is not recommended for travelers with a limited mobility, with breathing problems or with a heart condition, pregnant women, with recent surgeries, or people who can not perform moderate physycal activities
• Your pick-up schedule and more details will be sent by email after completing the booking process
• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this tour
