Additional Information / Recommendations:

• Children must be at least 5 to enter the park
• Children between 5 and 11 years old pay half price
• You must show an official ID at the park's ticket office (adults and children, too)
  
• There are departures to Xplor Park from Monday to Saturday
• Pick-up times range between 7:00 am and 7:30 am depending on the location of your hotel (or meeting point)
• There are some hotels where the pick-up service is not available at the hotel lobby and you have to go to a meeting point
  
• Your pick-up schedule and more details about the transportation service will be sent by email after booking
• IMPORTANT: In a "high season" period this tour is non-refundable. The tour can not be rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the service or if you didn't show up on the agreed date and time (No-Show).

• Wear comfortable beachwear, water shoes, and a swimming suit
• Bring a towel
  
• Your sunscreen and/or insect repellent should be 100% biodegradable for you to use it at the park. If it contains one of the following ingredients you will have to leave it at the ticket office: octocrylene, benzophenone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, hexyldecanol, dimethyl apramide, cetyl dimethicone, methylparaben, polyethylene,propylparaben, butylcarbamate
• Bring a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list
