Itinerary:

Open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Transportation schedule: 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:30 pm (Only to Punta Sam location)
The exact pickup time depends on your hotel location and will be sent by email once you complete your booking.

Tour Includes:

Cancun Hotel Pick Up. If staying in Airbnb you may be addressed to a close meeting point.
Parasail flight over the Bay of Cancun: the boat runs 3 miles once you are on the air (approx. 15 mins. Flying)
Premium safety equipment, and passenger insurance.
Water taxi service, takes you comfortably, safely, and dry from the departure spot (dock) to the main boat.
Communicate through radio with the crew at all moments. You decide how high you want to go or if you want to go down before the expected.

Does not include:

Dock Fee: USD 20.00 per person payable at check-in. (Applies only if taking the activity in the “Punta Sam" location).

I you have somebody who doesn't want to fly but wants to go and see will pay 25 USD. for roundtrip transportation.

Tips for the crew are optional.

Panoramic of the Hotel Zone:

The takeoff from the hotel zone is in the flight area where the participant can enjoy a spectacular view of the bay, hotel zone, and Nichupte lagoon.

It is friendly to all types of participants: children, adults, and seniors. No previous experience or special clothing is required, just the desire to fly. It does not require any effort or knowing how to swim, the participant just has to relax and enjoy the flight, the staff always works with maximum safety. The flight equipment is PREMIUM safety, unique in the market, takes care of all the details, flight guarantee at all times, and is 100% safe. The starting point is just 3 minutes from the take-off boat (no motion sickness), dreamy panoramic views, hard to forget.

There are no restrictions regarding cameras, the participant can take their photos in mid-flight.

Additional Information / Recommendations:

Maximum Weight limit: The weight limit is 180 kg (397 lbs) either alone or accompanied.

Minimum Weight: 29 kgs / 65 lbs

Age Limit: Only children over 10 years old can be part of this adventure (accompanied by an adult).

Maximum 2 or 3 passengers per flight (according to weather conditions and total weight). The decision is up to the discretion of the captain.

Suggestions: We suggest you to wear comfortable clothing, sunglasses, and biodegradable sunscreen or sunblock(swimsuit and towel if you want to get wet ).

You must sign a liability disclaimer letter and in the case of minors must be signed by an adult.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
If the client simply does not show up for the tour (no show) = No refund applies
