We have improve the cleaning and disinfection of our buses and vans for the tours and also our office here in Cancún, this is to guarantee more security and comfort for our customers during their experience.

Our staff counts with cleaning and hygiene goods that they can give you in any moment you need for your hygiene.

 

3. Food and Drinks

We have improve the care we take during the preparation of all the food and drinks we give during the experience. At Chococacao Maya we serve regional food, always checking that this food is well cooked to avoid any other cross contamination.

 

4. Low impact tour

Our tours for Coba and Tulum are low impact tour, after an extensive review and analysis in our operation model we were able to conclude that this are activities are at open air of low impact with a lower possible health risk.

 

5. Well trained staff

Our staff is well trained in the need protocols to help and guide about any of the activities that you can make during the tour and also to help you if it is necessary.

 

6. Dates flexibility

If by any reason you can't make it to Cancun or Riviera Maya to attend to the tours that you already reserve we offer you to keep your reservation open for 12 months so you can use it in the future or you can transfer it to another person. Please check our policies with you sales executive.
