To ensure you have a wonderful experience on our Cozumel Catamaran, please note that the total tour duration is an estimate. This timeframe varies depending on your hotel's location and its distance to Playa del Carmen, where the ferry departs.

Minimum age to make snorkel activity es 10 years old

To help you plan your day, please consider the following:

Guests staying in Playa del Carmen: The estimated duration is 6 hours.
Guests staying in Cancun or Tulum: The estimated duration is 10 hours (starting from the bus departure through the ferry crossing).

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
If the client simply does not show up for the tour (no show) = No refund applies
