The tour departs from Captain Hook's dock, located right next to the Grand Oasis Palm Hotel, at kilometer 5 of the Kukulcan Boulevard in the Hotel Zone of Cancun.
Please it is necessary to be 45 minutes before departure at 6:30 pm to check in
