You are going to love Xplor Park Riviera Maya! At this eco park in the Mexican Caribbean you will have the opportunity to experience some of the most amazing Riviera Maya activities available: ziplining, driving an ATV, and swimming and paddling in an underground river.

There is more to Xplor Park than just extreme adventures. The colors, scents and textures of the jungle and underground rivers all add to this adventurous day in paradise.

Xplor Park has several food and beverage stands, so you can have a cup of hot chocolate right after swimming in the underground river, or enjoy a refreshing smoothie before driving a two-passenger amphibious vehicle through the jungle.

A healthy and delicious buffet lunch is included to recharge your energy after completing the 14 ziplines at Xplor Mexico! Don't miss this huge Riviera Maya adventure!

Additional Information / Recommendations:

Children must be at least 5 to enter the park
Children between 5 and 11 years old pay half price
You must show an official ID at the park's ticket office (adults and children, too)
There are departures to Xplor Park from Monday to Saturday
Pick-up times range between 7:00 am and 7:30 am depending on the location of your hotel (or meeting point)
There are some hotels where the pick-up service is not available at the hotel lobby and you have to go to a meeting point
Your pick-up schedule and more details about the transportation service will be sent by email after booking
IMPORTANT: In a "high season" period this tour is non-refundable. The tour can not be rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the service or if you didn't show up on the agreed date and time (No-Show).

Bring a towel
Your sunscreen and/or insect repellent should be 100% biodegradable for you to use it at the park. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service = 100% refund
Cancellations made between 36 and 47 hours before the service = 80% refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the service = 50% refund
Cancellations made up to 23 hours before your service = No refund applies
If the client simply does not show up for the tour (no show) = No refund applies
