Where should I eat in Cancun?

Cancun was founded in the 1970’s, when the Hotel Zone was almost completely uninhabited, so its population is made up of people from Yucatan, Mexico City, Puebla, Guerrero, Oaxaca and many other states, and these people brought their diverse culinary traditions with them.

In addition, Cancun is home to Italians, Argentinians, Brazilians, Canadians and Americans. Many have opened restaurants in Cancun that serve traditional dishes from their respective countries.
